Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious but a bit gloomy, consistently too warm, yet provided a quiet environment. The service was professional and helpful, although the kitchen noise at night was a drawback. The location was charming with plenty of nearby dining options and attractions, although limited dinner choices close by. The dining experience, while offering a good variety, was a bit disorganized on some mornings. Overall, the facilities met my needs adequately.
The hotel offers a quiet, nice, and comfortable stay despite some cleanliness issues and lack of air conditioning in basic rooms. The staff is kind, helpful, and accommodating, going the extra mile to assist guests. The location is ideal for exploring the inner city center with easy access to museums and major squares, but dining options nearby are limited. The dining experience could be improved in terms of variety and quality, although the food served is generally tasty.
The hotel offers nice and comfortable rooms with a beautiful view over the roofs of old Bogota. The rooms are spacious with good windows and a small balcony, surprisingly quiet despite being on a busy street. The hotel's service is responsive, though a bit slow at times. The location in the Candelaria district of Bogota is amazing for exploring the city but may not be ideal for dining options. The dining experience is decent, with a reasonably good buffet and an omelet station. The hotel has a lovely atrium for dining.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, steps away from the main sights and vibrant central square. The rooms, despite being a bit challenging to access, offer nice views of the courtyard and the church at Plaza Bolivar. Service was top-notch with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Dining could use some improvement, but the lovely atrium setting adds a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent value for money.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were great, very large and comfortable with a little windowed balcony facing the quiet street, giving me a beautiful view of the church at Plaza Bolivar. The service was fantastic, especially thanks to Natalia, who was extremely helpful. The location couldn't have been more central, allowing easy access to the historic Candelaria area and the cable car & funicular to Monseratte. The dining experience in the lovely atrium with fruit, breads, and an omelet station was a delight. Overall, a fantastic experience!
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the large and quiet rooms with a lovely view of the church at Plaza Bolivar. The service was exceptional, especially with the lovely and very helpful staff. The hotel's central location made exploring easy, although there were some issues with extra charges like for the drink water. The dining experience was delightful in the lovely atrium. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.
